1/4" x 4" Groo-V® Masonry Drill

The 1/4" x 4" Groo-V® Masonry Drill by Relton is a versatile tool designed for both percussion and rotary drilling. Featuring the innovative Groo-V Tip® bit, this drill can efficiently create holes in a wide range of materials. Engineered for drilling hard surfaces, the specialized Ram Tip™ Bits with a serrated carbide tip can penetrate materials up to 50% faster than standard masonry bits. The Groo-V is the original masonry bit with a groove style design, setting it apart as one of the best choices based on user feedback. Key Points: It's important to note that due to varying material densities, the number of holes created may differ. For optimal results, it is recommended to use slow drilling speeds. While the Groo-V drill bit is effective for most materials, some hard surfaces like marble and granite may not be drillable with carbide tools. For drilling into hard metals, it is advisable to use a drill press-supported drill motor for precision and efficiency.
