Growth Work Subscription

GROWTH WORK Community We lift each other up through an Instagram group chat where you can reach out to other people you've met in these sessions, ask questions about business, and offer general support. Mindset Reset Book Club 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 12pm-1:30pm (Pacific) We focus on personal growth, looking at what's getting in the way of us reaching the goals that we set, and rewiring our neuropathways.  Together, we set a safe environment so that we can have open and honest discussions which lead to self discovery. Silent/Deep Work Sessions Wednesdays 9:30am-11:30am (Pacific) In the first 10 minutes, we will say hello and let each other know what we'll be working on.  If you show up later, just post (in the chat) what you'll be working on or accomplishing in the session.   We will keep ourselves muted. Feel free to leave early.  If you stay until the end, we'll unmute ourselves in the last 10 minutes to share what we accomplished and say goodbye. Monthly Workshop Monthly presentations on the topic of marketing and merchandising. Monday November 10th, 7pm (Pacific) - Holiday Show Success Blueprint Monday December 8th, 7pm (Pacific) - Selling Beyond the Booth- Collecting Repeat Customers Monday January 12th, 7pm (Pacific) - From Show Contacts to Super Fans Make More Money Club 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 12pm-1:30pm (Pacific) On the 2nd Tuesday, there will be a presentation pulling from a book that we are reading together, and then a discussion. We will each put together a tiny experiment with the goal of making more money (and reaching our financial goal). On the 4th Tuesday, we will have a discussion to share what's working and what's not working. We will fine-tune the experiment. Monthly Audit Time and dates to be determined. Once per month, we get together to share something we'd like feedback on. It could be a print ad, website page, booth set up, store display, social media post, etc.  Keeping in mind the goal to convert more people to purchasing and increase our profits, we gently give each other feedback.
