Groundsplay - Women's

Feel the ground. Own the movement. The Vibram FiveFingers Groundsplay is purpose-built for indoor training—delivering a natural, barefoot-like feel without sacrificing control. Its thin 4.5 mm sole features micro-traction lugs for confident grip, while the secure double-closure upper keeps the foot locked in place so you can lift, jump, and move with precision. Flexible toe articulation encourages natural toe splay, supporting balance and stability through dynamic workouts. Whether you’re weightlifting, moving through strength and circuit training, tackling CrossFit-style WODs, or logging miles on the indoor treadmill, Groundsplay keeps you close to the ground with the grip and control you need to perform at your best. The outsole features Vibram’s Ecostep Natural compound, combining reliable traction with a more mindful material choice. To keep your Groundsplay fresh: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry away from heat sources. Do not tumble dry.
