How to Develop Grit and Determination

Grit and determination enable young people to reach their full potential in life. Determination is making the decision to pursue something and not letting anything get in your way, while grit includes determination, resilience, and passion. We created this handout to help foster grit and determination in kids and teens. Each letter of the words “grit” and “determination” corresponds to a positive quality or action that allows them to practice these traits. That way, they can deal with hard things and come out stronger! *This item is an instant digital download. A link to download your files will be emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
