GrimmSpeed Short Shifter and Standard Shift Knob Bundle

GrimmSpeed STI Short Throw Shifter + Standard Weighted Shift Knob Bundle (2004–2021 STI) Transform the way your STI feels with a bundle built for drivers who want a tighter, more precise shift without sacrificing OEM fitment or comfort. Pairing the GrimmSpeed STI Short Throw Shifter with the GrimmSpeed Standard Weighted Shift Knob, this combo delivers a sharper, more confident gear change you can feel every time you grab a gear. Why this bundle works Shorter, more precise shifts: The GrimmSpeed STI Short Throw Shifter is a true bolt-in redesign that reduces throw (adjustable 0%–26.3%) and refines engagement for a crisp, mechanical feel. Smoother, more confident action: The shifter’s sealed Enduro MAX ball bearings are built for heavy pivoting loads and help keep shifts precise and consistent while resisting grit and grime over time. Dialed-in ergonomics: Fine-tune the driving position with adjustable knob height (+0.3” to -1.0” vs stock) so the shifter sits exactly where you want it. Weighted feel that makes every shift better: The Standard GrimmSpeed Shift Knob (675g) adds a substantial, planted feel that helps shifts feel faster and smoother, while staying comfortable for both overhand and side-grip driving styles. OEM-friendly install and fitment This is the setup STI owners want because it installs cleanly with no console trimming required, retains OEM reverse lockout compatibility, and keeps the shifter’s neutral position close to stock, even at more aggressive throw settings. Fitment: 2004–2021 Subaru STI (6-speed) Shift knob thread: M12x1.25 (also fits many Subaru 5- and 6-speed applications) If you want your STI to shift tighter, feel more connected, and look right at home in the cabin, this bundle is the simplest way to get the full GrimmSpeed experience in one shot.
