This resource card is for people who have suffered a loss. It helps them identify where they are on the grief journey and points to hope along the way. Features three Scripture passages, including a simple prayer based on Psalm 6. Grieving takes time and energy (Psalm 6:6–7). It is like a journey with stops along the way. Each person spends different amounts of time at each stop and may even backtrack. Understanding the grief journey does not take away the pain, but it can help us be more patient with ourselves and others.
