Grid Scored PET Foam Core Sheets

Grid Scored PET Foam Core Sheets – PET110 and PET80 Durable, Lightweight, and Thermoformable Core Material for Composite Applications Looking for a flexible, high-strength core material for your composite construction project? Our Grid Scored PET Foam Core Sheets, available in PET110 (7 lb/ft³) and PET80 (5 lb/ft³) densities, are engineered from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to deliver outstanding performance in a wide range of industries including marine, automotive, aerospace, wind energy, and industrial tooling. The grid-scored design allows the foam to conform easily to curved molds and complex geometries, making it ideal for vacuum infusion, hand lay-up, and thermoforming processes. Why Choose Grid Scored PET Foam? High-Performance Core Material – Excellent compressive and shear strength for structural use Flexible and Conformable – Grid scoring enhances moldability over curves and contours Recyclable and Eco-Friendly – Made from 100% recycled PET; supports sustainable design Water and Moisture Resistant – Closed-cell structure prevents absorption and degradation Wide Resin Compatibility – Bonds well with epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, and more Temperature Stable – Suitable for elevated cure and processing temperatures Available Foam Densities: PET110 Foam Sheets (7 lb/ft³) – Designed for high-stress, load-bearing composite panels PET80 Foam Sheets (5 lb/ft³) – Lightweight solution for less demanding applications Applications: Boat hulls, decks, and bulkheads Car body panels and floor systems Wind turbine blades and nacelles Tooling boards and composite mold bases Lightweight structural panels in construction Order Grid Scored PET Foam Today.
