Tasting Notes This vintage is composed of an estate-grown blend featuring Pinot Noir and Grenache, sourced from the mature Four Brothers Vineyard. Situated on the steep, east-facing slopes of Sonoma Mountain within the cool climate of Bennett Valley, California, the vines thrive in volcanic basalt soils. This unique terroir infuses the fruit with a distinct volcanic minerality and remarkable structural elegance. On the nose, the wine presents a beautifully aromatic and fragrant bouquet defined by delicate hints of ripe strawberry, crushed rose petals, and a lift of tropical fruits. The entry onto the palate is a vibrant burst of flavor, showcasing a well-rounded and harmonious fruit profile. It features a crisp, lively acidity that perfectly balances its core fruitiness, leading into an uplifting, refreshing finish that lingers cleanly on the palate. The high-toned acidity, subtle volcanic minerality, and bright red fruit profile make this dry rosé exceptionally food friendly. It pairs wonderfully with classic Mediterranean fare such as a niçoise salad, grilled octopus, or goat cheese crostini. It is equally complementary to lighter summer main courses, including citrus-marinated chicken, grilled turkey, fresh sushi, or a spread of seasonal roasted vegetables. 750ml
