Grey Corned Beef

SQM CORNED BEEF-  Is always a favorite!   A staple for New England Boiled Dinners and St. Patty's Day celebrations.  We are excited to offer "grey" corned beef made using only salt, sugar and a few simple curing spices.  The most traditional New England Irish meals always call for grey corned beef!   • Small up to 2 lbs     • Medium 2-3 lbs   • Large 3-4 lbs   • XLarge 4-5 lbs   • Jumbo 5-6 lbs   • Grande 6-7 lbs   • Full  8-10 lbs  *For special requests for special cutting instructions or larger cuts, contact the farm directly.
