Grenada Flag

The flag of Grenada was adopted in 1974. The seven stars stand for the country's seven parishes, with the middle star, encircled by a red disk, standing for the parish of Saint George, where the capital, Saint George's, is located. Historically, Grenada has sometimes been known as the "Spice Island," because of the abundant spices that are grown there. This is represented by the symbol on the left-hand side of the flag, which represents a clove of nutmeg, one of Grenada's principal crops. Our international flags are accurately reproduced to exact specifications. The flag has 2 brass grommets on the left edge for hanging. The 4"x6" size is mounted to a staff with a spear top. Polyester flags are imported and not recommended for prolonged outdoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend our nylon flags. Also available below is an indoor/ceremonial version of the flag with a pole sleeve and gold fringe.  NOTE: Indoor flags are made-to-order, so please allow 2-3 days before your order will ship if you order an indoor flag.
