Green Boost

This medium-bodied green tea blend is formulated to give you a pick-me-up boost whenever you need one. Sweeten with a little drizzle of honey for an even more enjoyable experience.  Note: this tea blend contains caffeine 2oz bag   Ingredients Spearmint Leaves*, Sencha Green Tea Leaves*, Yerba Mate Leaves*, Ginkgo Biloba Leaves*, Parsley Root* *Certified Organic Ingredient   Directions Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea into an infuser or directly into a mug. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and allow to stand for 2 minutes. Pour 8-10 ounces over tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes then strain if necessary. Stir well, sweeten if desired and enjoy! Tip: for a better experience, use fresh filtered water.   Caution Our teas contain a blend of herbs and/or spices.
