We weigh the beads when packaging for shipments, we do not count them individually. The number of pieces is simply an estimate and nicety for our customers to help determine what is needed for a project. We will not entertain refunds based on an expectation that we did not send enough pieces of beads in a shipment.   *DISCLAIMER* - Due to the natural cutting process of stone beads, some strands may include minor variations such as small chips or irregular edges.
