Green Frog Concert Wall Art by Marjolein Bastin

Image Notes The pond in our woodland garden is a favorite of the local water frog population. From about May through July we are treated to the most beautiful concerts: the male frogs are trying to attract a mate! My love for their croaking is not shared by the rest of the family however, my granddaughter doesn't understand how the sound does not drive me crazy. But it doesn't, I love it. Don't get me wrong, I like Bach, Brahms and Debussy, but there is simply nothing better than these nightly concerts from the pond!
