6.7 Powerstroke Upper Fuel Filter Bypass Block

6.7 Powerstroke Engine Mounted Fuel Filter Bypass Block (2011–2023) If your 6.7 Powerstroke is equipped with an aftermarket fuel system or upgraded filtration setup, eliminating the factory engine-mounted fuel filter is an essential upgrade. Our Engine Mounted Fuel Filter Bypass Block is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement, providing improved reliability, cleaner fuel system routing, and additional versatility for custom fuel system configurations. Key Features Eliminates the Factory Engine-Mounted Fuel Filter Removes the factory plastic fuel filter housing and bracket, reducing unnecessary restrictions in aftermarket fuel systems while simplifying the engine bay. Improves Reliability The factory plastic engine-mounted fuel filter housing is known to become brittle over time and can crack under pressure, potentially allowing diesel fuel to spray onto hot engine components. Replacing it with our precision-machined bypass block helps eliminate this common failure point. Direct Bolt-On Installation Designed as a true direct replacement for the OEM assembly with no fuel line modifications required. Installation utilizes the factory fuel lines for a clean, straightforward upgrade. Leak-Free Sealing All ports, fittings, and the auxiliary port plug utilize O-ring Boss (ORB) threads, providing a superior seal compared to pipe-thread fittings and ensuring long-term leak-free performance. Integrated Auxiliary 8AN Port Features an additional -8AN ORB port that can be used for: Auxiliary fuel system plumbing Fuel pressure testing and diagnostics Auxiliary fuel heater installation Future fuel system expansion Complete Installation Kit Includes all required fittings and plugs for both factory fuel system configurations: 2011–2016: 2-line fuel systems 2017–2023: 3-line fuel systems Vehicle Compatibility Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Diesel 2011–2023 Part Number: GRD67PS3005 Applications Compatible with aftermarket fuel systems, upgraded filtration systems, custom fuel plumbing, and performance diesel builds.
