6.7 Powerstroke CAT Fuel Filter Conversion Kit

Upgrade your fuel filtration system with our CAT Fuel Filter Conversion Kit, engineered specifically for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 & F-350 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Designed to improve filtration efficiency, increase serviceability, and simplify your fuel system, this kit replaces both factory fuel filters with a high-capacity, frame-mounted dual filter assembly. Unlike many conversion kits that rely on undersized secondary filters, our system utilizes larger CAT-style filters with significantly more filtration media, providing increased contaminant holding capacity, reduced restriction, and improved fuel flow for long-term reliability. Key Features Complete Fuel Filter Conversion Eliminates both the factory engine-mounted secondary fuel filter and the OEM frame-mounted fuel filter located in the fuel conditioning module. High-Capacity Dual Filter Base Includes a precision-machined billet aluminum filter base that mounts directly to the frame and accepts: High-efficiency fuel/water separator High-capacity CAT fuel filter Superior Filtration Performance Many competing systems utilize small secondary filters that offer limited filter media and become restrictive as contaminants accumulate. Our larger CAT-style filters provide increased filtration surface area, improved contaminant capacity, and better fuel flow to help protect your injection system. Improved Serviceability The frame-mounted design makes routine filter replacements faster, cleaner, and easier than servicing the factory engine-mounted filter. It is also more sturdy and reliable than the stock plastic housings. Retains Factory Water-In-Fuel (WIF) Monitoring The billet filter cap is designed to accept the factory Water-In-Fuel (WIF) sensor, allowing the OEM warning system to continue operating as intended. Compatible with Our Fuel Filter Delete Block Pair this conversion kit with our 6.7L Powerstroke Fuel Filter Bypass Block (GRD67PS3005) to completely eliminate the factory engine-mounted fuel filter assembly, creating a cleaner and more streamlined fuel system. Premium Billet Construction Precision CNC-machined components are built for durability, corrosion resistance, and years of dependable performance in demanding diesel applications. Benefits Replaces both factory fuel filters with a high-capacity filtration system Increased filter media for improved filtration efficiency Reduced restriction compared to small secondary filter conversion kits Easier filter changes and simplified maintenance Retains factory Water-In-Fuel sensor functionality Ideal for stock, towing, fleet, and high-performance applications Vehicle Compatibility 2011–2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty 2011–2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel Applications Whether you're towing heavy loads, driving daily, or building a high-performance diesel truck, the G&R Diesel CAT Fuel Filter Conversion Kit delivers superior filtration, simplified maintenance, and enhanced fuel system reliability.
