2019-2020 6.7 Cummins CAT Fuel Filter Conversion Kit

G&R Diesel 6.7 Cummins Engine-Mounted CAT Fuel Filter Conversion Kit (2019–2020 Applications) Upgrade your CP4 fuel filtration system with the G&R Diesel 6.7 Cummins CAT Fuel Filter Conversion Kit — a premium, purpose-built solution engineered to outperform the factory setup in reliability, filtration quality, and ease of maintenance. This conversion directly addresses common weaknesses in the OEM plastic fuel filter assembly while delivering a cleaner, more professional engine bay appearance. Premium Construction & Materials The kit centers around a robust CNC-machined billet aluminum filter head that bolts directly into the factory filter location on the driver side of the motor. This eliminates the fragile factory plastic unit and the bulky aluminum bracket it's mounted to, replacing it with a durable, high-strength aluminum component designed for long-term performance under boost, vibration, and temperature extremes. Key Features & Benefits Superior Filtration: Enables the use of high-quality 2-micron spin-on CAT filters, providing significantly better contaminant removal and fuel system protection compared to stock. Elimination of Common Failure Points: Removes the problematic factory plastic cap that is prone to cracking or breaking during service. Factory Return Line Integration: Features precision-machined return ports that allow the factory hard return lines to connect in their original locations, ensuring a clean, leak-free, and professional installation without custom plumbing. Strategic Mounting: Positions the filter assembly below the engine deck for optimal accessibility, protection, and space efficiency. Direct Bolt-On Design: Retains factory mounting points on the driver side of the motor for straightforward installation while dramatically improving overall system durability. Why Choose the G&R Diesel Fuel Filter Conversion Kit? This kit stands out through thoughtful engineering that prioritizes real-world reliability and serviceability. By replacing the failure-prone plastic components with billet aluminum and supporting finer filtration, it reduces the risk of fuel system contamination, extends injector and pump life, and simplifies routine maintenance. It is an essential upgrade for any 2019–2020 6.7L Cummins owner focused on longevity, performance, and minimizing downtime. Applications: 2019–2020 Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins This conversion pairs exceptionally well with other G&R Diesel fuel system and engine bay upgrades, such as billet valve covers or lift pumps, for a fully optimized setup.
