Grayhawk Trail House Plan

The Grayhawk Trail is a unique home plan that is truly view-oriented. Vistas, inside and outside, abound throughout the home. Entertaining in the Grayhawk Trail is a delight with a rotunda dining room, two-story living room, outdoor kitchen and expansive covered veranda. Two guest suites offer accommodations for those who choose to linger, while the master suite beckons the owners back to their personal paradise. This Grayhawk Trail home plan is ideal for the homeowner. The plan appreciates melding the old and the new. It combines natural surroundings with a comfortable interior. The grand entry, for instance, harbors a wooden arbor trellis. The rear elevation of the Grayhawk Trail provides a primer on how to incorporate the exterior landscape into the interior space. A spacious covered veranda is united with the leisure room by retreating the corner-less sliding glass walls. Bringing together an outdoor kitchen and sitting area, it is the ideal locale for outdoor entertaining. As a studio or guest suite, this cozy, free-standing pace is joined to the Grayhawk Trail home plan by a covered breezeway. In the style of a grand rotunda, the formal dining room's eight-foot-high curved wall of glass affords dinner guests an opportunity to enjoy both a magnificent meal and view. A dignified gallery of arches and rusticated columns provide passage between the breakfast nook and formal living room. To the right is the stairway leading to the second-story loft. The highlight of the rear elevation is the second story observation deck. It presides over the expansive backyard landscape. It is bounded by a wrought iron baluster that is as fashionable as it is functional. The love affair with the outdoors continues. A two-story stepped ceiling sets a grand and spacious stage for the star performer of the formal living room. A two-story window of curved glass acts like a giant screen presenting an outstanding view of the outside world. This ultra modern Grayhawk Trail sprawling house plan has 5464 sq. ft. of living area. It has four bedrooms and five and 1/2 bathrooms. It is designed with a slab/stemwall foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
