Born from the marriage between Marsh and Jan Mokhtari, Golden State Distillery started as a creative venture to preserve and celebrate the wonders of their native California. Opening in 2016 with the ethos of making exceptional gin that preserves California’s natural wildlife, Gray Whale Gin is well balanced and structured with supple notes of mint and umami. Made sourcing botanicals foraged along the migratory path of the California Gray Whale, it has a beautiful, long lasting almond finish.
