To generate new type of electrostatic repulsive field: 1. Place Teflon-wrapped insulator bock 2-3" inches thick, 4" x 4" or wider. on table. 2. Place Nylon Strip across the beginning of Teflon-wrapped insulator; leave enough Nylon sticking out to pull  Nylon through sandwich with right hand. 3.
