Perfect for flatpack cabinetry or transportation to the work site, Impresso hinges work with various door materials such as particle board, solid wood, and MDF board. All Impresso hinges are offered in a 42/45 combination drilling pattern and don't use any actual wood screws to attach the hinge to the door, but rather expand and retract the cup portion of the hinge for easy removal. Which is done by lifting and lowering the flap on the cup portion of the hinge. A soft close feature which eliminates the slamming door sound that you get with typical self-closing European hinges. This hinge has a lever one the back that adjusts the soft close speed by choosing one of three different closing pressure settings. The soft close mechanism is fully integrated into the hinge arm rather than the hinge cup.
