Grass-Fed Ghee – Garlic Scape

Garlic Ghee: Our grass-fed garlic ghee is infused with spring scapes sourced from local farmers. We use the scape because it’s sweeter and milder than the garlic bulb, creating a delicate flavor that enhances all of your cooking, whether it’s eggs, seafood, chicken, or just as a delicious spread. The scapes from the garlic plant infuse a gentle, mild garlic flavor into our grass-fed ghee. The scapes are the bright green shoots that are actually an herb that is sweeter and milder in flavor than the garlic bulb which tends to be on the acidic side, aggravating the digestive tract. Garlic scape herbs are high in antioxidants to help cleanse the body’s systems.   This product is not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease.
