Grass Stud Earrings

Introducing our Reflection collection, a limited edition of one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces designed with repurposed mirrors to remind you that you are a reflector of light.  DETAILS Lightweight stud earrings made with repurposed mirror wrapped in sterling silver.  Length: 5/8 inches Width: 6/8 inches Height: 1/8 inch SUSTAINABILITY Purposerosa is sustainable by design. By using repurposed mirror that cannot be traditionally recycled, we are creating jewelry that serves people, planet and purpose. Each of our products are packaged in recyclable boxes and shipping materials. GIVING We donate 10% of each order to Plant with Purpose, a non-profit dedicated to restoring hope by reversing two of the world’s greatest challenges: global poverty and environmental damage. SOURCING This piece is handmade in Bali, Indonesia in a woman of color owned and operated silver studio. We use responsibly sourced repurposed mirror and 925 stamped sterling silver. BEAUTIFUL IMPERFECTIONS  We honor beauty and flaws in the ordinary, so each piece is photographed as is. Our designs are purposely imperfect. The speckled silver and aqua ombre in some mirror pieces is caused by antique mirror aging. We embrace all splint and chips that occur naturally in broken mirror.  COLOR These earrings do not have one color. Since this piece is made from literal mirror shards, it reflects everything around you. When you wear these, the "color" of these earrings will change based on your surroundings. See animated gif for reference.  CARE We sand each and every mirror piece to eliminate sharp edges. The silver casing protects this item from shattering when you drop it (each piece is tested for high durability) but you still need to handle your Purposerosa with care for longevity. Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time as it comes in contact with oils on your skin and environmental elements. To remove tarnish, simply clean and polish with a jewelry cleaning cloth. Take extra care by removing your jewelry when handling harsh chemicals, lotions, cosmetics or any body of water.
