Grappa

Embrace the authentic spirit of Grappa—a single-origin grape brandy crafted with passion and precision. Honoring old-school techniques and the art of distillation, our Grappa captures the unique character of each grape varietal, offering a pure expression of flavor with every sip. A Bold Innovation Crafted with Purity: Our Grappa is made from carefully selected grape pomace—the skins and seeds of the grapes we use in our brandies. Double-distilled, non-chill filtered, and proofed at 43% ABV, each batch reflects the true essence of the grapes, without any added sugars, flavors, or colorings. Unmistakable Character: Each bottle of our Grappa is a celebration of terroir, showcasing the distinct characteristics of the grape varietals we select. With no additives, it delivers a bold, full-bodied flavor that remains true to its origins—pure, unrefined, and unforgettable. Pure and Authentic Nothing but the Best: Staying true to tradition, our Grappa is made without any shortcuts or compromises. We honor my dad's legacy and the old-world methods that inspired our distillery’s journey, crafting a spirit that remains genuine to its roots. Made with Meraki: Each bottle reflects our dedication, passion, and meticulous craftsmanship—qualities that define every drop we produce.
