GRAPHENE HEADLIGHT RESTORATION KIT

Yellowed, hazy headlights don't just look bad — they're a safety issue. Oxidized polycarbonate lenses can reduce light output by up to 80%, dramatically reducing your visibility at night. The Graphene Headlight Restoration Kit restores clarity to yellowed, foggy, and oxidized headlight lenses and then seals them with a graphene ceramic coating that protects against future UV oxidation — so they stay clear for years, not just weeks. At Chicago Jax Wax, we love this kit because it solves both sides of the headlight problem: restoration and protection. Most headlight restoration products only sand and polish the lens, leaving it unprotected and re-oxidizing within months. The graphene coating in this kit bonds to the restored lens surface and provides long-lasting UV protection that keeps the clarity you worked for. What's Included Sanding discs (multiple grits for progressive restoration) Polishing compound for clarity restoration Graphene ceramic coating for long-lasting UV protection Applicator pad and microfiber towel Step-by-step instructions What It Does Removes yellowing & oxidation — progressive sanding removes the UV-damaged outer layer of the polycarbonate lens Restores optical clarity — polishing compound brings the lens back to crystal-clear transparency Graphene ceramic protection — bonds to the restored lens to provide long-lasting UV resistance and prevent re-oxidation Improves night visibility — clear lenses allow full light output, dramatically improving nighttime driving safety How to Use Clean the headlight lens thoroughly and mask off the surrounding paint with tape Sand the lens progressively through the included grits, keeping the surface wet Polish with the included compound to restore full clarity Wipe clean and allow to dry completely Apply the graphene coating with the included applicator and allow to cure per instructions Pro tip: Work in the shade or indoors — direct sunlight heats the lens and causes the coating to flash too quickly, making it harder to apply evenly. A cool, shaded environment gives you the working time needed for a perfect result.
