Grape Flavoring

Super Strength Grape FlavoringA typical 5-6 gallon batch uses 1-2 drams (0.125-0.25 oz), depending on the flavor and desired intensity. Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Flavor Profile and Beverage IdeasGrape delivers a bold purple-grape character with familiar candy and juice notes. Use it in wheat beer, blonde ale, hard cider, melomel, fruit wine, or hard seltzer. It can also fit craft soda when a direct, nostalgic grape profile is desired. Lemon, lime, blackberry, cherry, vanilla, and light oak can add structure. In a dry base, Grape will read sharper; a little residual sweetness will make the aroma and finish feel fuller. See our full offering of LorAnn Flavorings here.
