Granville 2 Pack

Enthusiasm is contagious. By definition, it means that we want others to have the same positive response we've just experienced; and this energetic interest cannot be faked. Throughout our time spent on dining room floors, we've seen a server's enthusiasm for a bottle recommendation resonate so much louder than merely reciting tech sheets about a wine. Enthusiasm has no geographical bias, and has the ability to shatter preconceived notions. We have enthusiastically been supporting Granville ever since we opened our shop doors and if we were ever asked who are favorite producers in the Willamette Valley are, they would easily be in our top 3. Considering how much quality is out there and how many Oregon wines we sample on a weekly basis, that's saying a lot.  The 2 pack includes: 2024 Granville, 'Koosah Vineyard' Eola-Amity Chardonnay - Granville's Koosah plot is near the top of the vineyard's slope and opens with striking alpine-fresh aromas of mint, basil, and crushed minerals, reflecting its higher-elevation terroir. The palate delivers a vibrant surge of fresh lemon juice, crisp green apple, and slight pineapple, all tightly structured by a chiseled, driving acidity. It finishes with excellent tension and a lingering, flinty edge that highlights its exceptional energy. 2024 Granville, 'Holstein Vineyard' Dundee Hills Pinot Noir - From their backyard, this flagship bottles opens with a complex, concentrated nose of bright red fruits accented by earthy and savory notes. The palate is elegant and transparent, offering layers of ripe red cherry and subtle spice supported by fine-grained tannins. It finishes with a quiet intensity and a vibrant, mineral-driven acidity that beautifully showcases the region's iron-rich volcanic soils. Enjoyable now, rewards long-term cellaring.
