Granny Parer

The little knife that does exactly what you need it to. The Rada Granny Parer is Rada's smallest knife and one of its most beloved. The reverse-curved blade is designed specifically for handheld peeling and detail work, making it the one you'll reach for every time you're prepping fruit, hulling strawberries, or peeling anything small enough to hold in your hand. The details The Granny Parer's defining feature is its reverse-curved blade. The curve lets the cutting edge work toward or away from you with equal ease, giving you more control and finesse on small, rounded produce than any straight blade can offer. At just 2.375", the blade is compact and light, so it feels like a natural extension of your hand during extended prep work. The blade is hand sharpened from surgical-grade T420 high-carbon stainless steel and hollow ground for a precise, long-lasting edge. The black resin handle is dishwasher safe and fits comfortably in the hand for careful, controlled work. Like every Rada product, it is 100% made in the USA in Waverly, Iowa, and backed by a lifetime guarantee.
