Grand Dad 2oz Canyon Diablo Grand Canyon Bourbon (also try with Whiskey or Cognac) 1oz Iconic Cascara Vanilla 3-4 drops of Dram Palo Santo Bitters Orange slice 2 Cherries Super cube -Muddle the cherry and orange slice with 4 drops of bitters in a mixing glass. -Add Bourbon and Cascara Vanilla with ice. -Stir 10-15 seconds. -Using a Hawthorne strainer, hold back ice and fruit. Strain into a rocks glass with a super cube. -Garnish with an orange twist.
