Grand Hopper

Hopper hatches on western spring creeks are a thing to behold as mammoth trout, normally lurking unseen below cut banks, venture from their haunts to gobble hoppers unlucky enough to stumble onto the water's surface. Rainy's Grand hopper is the perfect imitation for this situation. The foam body keeps the fly riding high, while the color-coordinated rubber legs flex and kick with just the right amount of panic to give the fly life. Use it as an indicator in a hopper-dropper tandem rig and you've created the perfect double threat combination.
