Grafton - House Plan

This charming 3 bedroom ranch home plan is all about the natural light and great layout. Faux dormers add tons of curb appeal to this classic farmhouse ranch. A deep front porch makes a perfect spot for dual porch swings. A U-shaped footprint allows a large rear porch that features an optional outdoor kitchen and bar setup. The charming kitchen features a huge window over the sink overlooking the side garden, and a walk-in pantry/scullery that has an additional sink and second dishwasher. A side entry mud porch next to the garage allows you a spot to kick off your shoes in built-in cubbies.  The dining room features elegant arched openings to the great room and has an elevated 11ft tray ceiling. The great room has soaring 15ft ceilings to allow natural light in through three windows above the rear porch roof. The room centers in a fireplace flanked by built-in bookshelves.  The primary bed suite and bathroom both feature vaulted ceilings. A luxurious walk-in shower and wardrobe complete the suite.
