BodyKore GR643 Leg Extension/Leg Prone

BodyKore GR643 Leg Extension/Leg Prone The BodyKore GR643 Leg Extension/Leg Prone machine combines seated quad isolation (leg extension) and prone hamstring isolation (leg prone curl) in a single dual-function station. Users can superset quadriceps and hamstring training without moving to a separate machine, making this unit particularly valuable in space-constrained facilities or high-density circuit training layouts. The machine transitions between modes quickly, maintaining training momentum across the opposing muscle group pairing.
