BodyKore GR638 Lat Pulldown/Low Row

BodyKore GR638 Lat Pulldown/Low Row The BodyKore GR638 Lat Pulldown/Low Row combines vertical pulling for the latissimus dorsi (lat pulldown) and horizontal pulling for the mid-back musculature (seated row) in a single dual-function machine. Both movement patterns load the same primary muscle — the lats — from different angles, providing more complete development than either movement alone. The machine's tall profile accommodates the full lat pulldown range of motion, and the low row footplate positions the hips and pelvis correctly for effective horizontal rowing.
