BodyKore GR637 Abdominal/Back Extension Combo

BodyKore GR637 Abdominal/Back Extension Combo The BodyKore GR637 Abdominal/Back Extension Combo trains both the anterior core (rectus abdominis, obliques) and the posterior chain erectors from a single adjustable station. Switching between spinal flexion for abdominal work and spinal extension for back work allows balanced anterior/posterior core programming without using separate machines.
