BodyKore GR624 Selectorized Hip Thrust

BodyKore GR624 Selectorized Hip Thrust The BodyKore GR624 Selectorized Hip Thrust trains glute hyperextension in the movement pattern — hip thrust — that generates the highest levels of gluteus maximus activation of any single-joint glute exercise. The machine standardizes the body position, pad placement, and movement arc that are typically inconsistent in barbell hip thrust setups, making every rep mechanically identical and directly comparable across sessions. The selectorized weight stack allows rapid load adjustments without plates or collars.
