BodyKore GR620 Pectoral Fly

BodyKore GR620 Pectoral Fly The BodyKore GR620 Pectoral Fly isolates the pectoralis major through a transverse adduction arc that places the chest under full eccentric stretch at the open position and generates maximum contraction at the closed position. The machine's guide path follows the natural arc of the pectoral muscle fibers rather than a mechanical straight-line path, producing a more biomechanically efficient movement than cable fly alternatives. Seat height adjusts hydraulically to match the user's chest height to the resistance axis precisely.
