GPL 521 Intelligent Pump Controller Panel for Single Phase Pumps , 1.5 HP (208-250V)

GPL 521 Intelligent Pump Controller The GPL 521 Intelligent Pump Controller is a smart control and protection panel designed for single-phase electric pumps. It is suitable for direct-start pump applications including deep well submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, pipeline pumps, booster systems, irrigation systems, drainage pumps, and residential or commercial water supply systems. This controller helps manage pump start and stop operation while protecting the pump against common electrical and hydraulic problems such as dry run, overload, under voltage, over voltage, pump stall, and short circuit. Main Applications Residential water supply systems Booster pump systems with pressure switch and pressure tank Water supply from wells Farms, gardens, greenhouses, and irrigation Rainwater reuse systems Industrial water systems Drainage, wastewater tanks, and sewage sump applications Key Features Built-in function switch for different pump applications Supports pressure control with pressure switch and pressure tank Supports liquid level control using float switch or liquid probe Automatic dry-run protection without requiring a probe inside the well Manual and automatic operating modes Dynamic LCD display for voltage, current, pump status, and fault messages Push-button calibration for improved pump protection Displays pump accumulated running time Stores the last five pump fault records Protects against dry run, overload, under voltage, over voltage, pump stall, and short circuit Motor Capacity This GPL 521 controller is configured for use with a: Motor Rating Specification Horsepower 1.5 HP Power 1.1 kW Voltage 208-250V Single Phase Application Single-Phase Water Pumps Technical Specifications Rated Input Voltage: Refer to nameplate Control Method: Manual / Auto Control Options: Float switch, liquid probe, pressure switch, pressure tank Working Temperature: -13°F to +131°F Working Humidity: 20% – 90% RH, no dripping condensation Protection Degree: IP54 Installation Position: Vertical Unit Dimensions: 30.2 × 24 × 12 cm Net Weight: 4.7 lbs Protection Functions Dry run protection Overload protection Under voltage protection Over voltage protection Pump stalled protection Short circuit protection Why Choose the GPL 521? The GPL 521 is a practical solution for protecting pump systems and improving reliability. It is especially useful for pump installations where dry-run protection, pressure control, automatic operation, and fault monitoring are important. With its built-in LCD display and smart protection functions, it helps reduce pump damage and makes system operation easier for homeowners, contractors, and maintenance teams. Important: Electrical installation should always be completed by qualified personnel. Make sure the pump, motor, controller, and power supply specifications match before installation.
