Gozney Arc Lite | Compact Gas Pizza Oven 950°F

The Gozney Arc Lite brings chef-level live-fire cooking and award-winning design into a compact, lightweight oven built for any space — balconies, backyards, patios, and rooftop gatherings alike. It captures the power, control, and presence of Gozney's flagship ovens, reimagined for effortless everyday cooking. Reaching a true 950°F through Gozney's signature rolling lateral flame, Arc Lite cooks restaurant-quality 12-inch pizza in as little as 60 seconds — and the same fierce, even heat sears steak, blisters vegetables, and finishes flatbreads with deep, wood-fired flavor. Running on propane with a fixed gas hose and regulator, it requires no assembly and no tools: maneuver it onto a non-combustible surface, connect the gas, and you're cooking in minutes. At just 26.4 lbs, Arc Lite is genuinely portable without sacrificing the thermal performance that defines a serious pizza oven. A fully insulated body holds heat steadily, a high-performance 12mm cordierite stone floor delivers crisp, airy bases bake after bake, and a front-facing control dial puts smooth, intuitive flame management right at your fingertips. It's the most accessible way into the Gozney lineup — and it doesn't feel like a compromise. Pro Tip: Arc Lite hits cooking temperature fast, but don't rush the launch. Give the stone floor a full 20–30 minutes to fully saturate with heat before your first pizza. A blazing dome over a cold stone gives you a charred top and a pale, doughy base — patience here is the single biggest difference between a good first pie and a great one. Brand Gozney®
