Gordolobo, also known in English as Great Mullein, Mexican Mullein and more, typically refers to the species Verbascum thapsus. The tea has a rich aromatic, refreshing, and herbal taste.  May help upper respiratory health* May help relieving Allergy* Antibacterial* May support Sleep relief* May help Digestive Health*   Directions: Add at least 1 tbsp of tea in 16-20oz of water. Bring water (with herbs) to a boil over a medium fire, then reduce to low and simmer for another 5-15 minutes. Strain and pour into cups. Drink twice a day as needed.
