THE TABLE STORY: Goodness is all around us, yet it is often overlooked. We call this coffee GOODNESS because some of life's greatest gifts are found in the ordinary moments we share each day—good food, meaningful conversation, faithful friendships, loving families, and the simple provision that sustains us. Around the table, we pause long enough to recognize these gifts. We celebrate milestones, share burdens, extend hospitality, and give thanks for what has been provided. In doing so, we often discover that life contains more goodness than we first realized. With its balanced notes of chocolate, caramel, fruit, and nuts, GOODNESS is crafted to be welcoming, approachable, and easy to share with others. Because gratitude helps us recognize the goodness that was there all along. How Much Coffee Will This Make? Each 12 oz bag yields approximately 25–30 cups of brewed coffee (8 oz servings), depending on your preferred brewing strength. Brewing Recommendations: GOODNESS was designed with drip coffee brewing in mind and excels in automatic brewers, batch brewers, pour-over, AeroPress, and French press. Its balanced profile is equally enjoyable black or with cream. This is our preferred coffee for gatherings, events, conferences, and hospitality settings because it is exceptionally approachable, forgiving to brew, and remains enjoyable even when held for extended periods in an airpot. It also makes an excellent iced coffee. Use clean, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Freshly grind your coffee beans when possible to match your brewing method using a burr grinder. Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Do NOT refrigerate your coffee unless it is sealed in an airtight bag and you plan on not using it for several months. The Cup Profile describes the natural expressions of the coffee plant developed through cultivation, processing, and roasting. No flavors are added.
