Gondola

Places and Passages Places and Passages is a collection of paintings inspired by the moments that stay with us long after a journey ends. More than recording a destination, these works explore memory, wonder, and the quiet ways a place can continue to shape us. Each painting is an invitation to pause, remember, and reconnect with the feeling of having been there. Gondola Gondola was originally painted as a 6 × 6 inch gouache study, inspired by my first gondola ride.  This was my second trip to Venice and I didn't want to miss the chance to try out this unique experience with my family, so we went for it. This painting captured feelings of awe and a calm sense that everything would be all right as we leisurely rode around in the canals of Venice.   Available Prints Studio Edition Print Printed locally on premium cardstock and signed by the artist.
