It removes dead cells and impurities, toning the complexion with a mild, creamy texture. Suitable for all skin types, apply in the shower with a silicone glove until the skin turns pink. Avoid use on sunburned skin. Use at least twice a week before showering, followed by oil and body cream. Focus on rough areas like heels, knees, and elbows, using smoothing and lifting motions. For at-home use, apply to wet skin, especially on rough spots. For thicker skin, use on dry skin. Rinse off in the shower, ending with a burst of cold water. Use once a week.
