Why This Service Exists Installation That Goes Beyond Basic Assembly Most installation services stop once the physical pieces are in place. That is often when the most important setup work begins. Rain or Shine uses a hybrid installation model so the physical build and the technical setup both get handled the right way. On-Site Installation Your installer handles the physical setup, including enclosure assembly, turf placement, projector mounting, and core hardware installation. Remote Technical Support Our simulator specialists assist with software setup, launch monitor placement, calibration, and system testing so the simulator performs the way it should. Ready-to-Play Outcome The goal is simple: when installation is complete, your simulator should be playable, calibrated, and ready for use. How It Works The Installation Process 1 Installation Intake After purchase, you will complete a short form so we can review your room layout, ceiling conditions, outlet locations, and hitting area placement. 2 Scheduling & Planning Once your details are reviewed, we coordinate scheduling and prepare the installer with the layout and setup requirements for your system. 3 Installation Day The installer handles the physical build while Rain or Shine supports the software and technical setup remotely. 4 Calibration & Testing Before the job is complete, we verify tracking accuracy, software connectivity, and projector image alignment. 5 Walkthrough We finish by showing you how to start a session, navigate the software, and begin using your simulator with confidence.
