RoS Simulator Screen

Description Specifications Compare Shipping & Returns Why ROS Your Room, Your Size Built to Order for Your Exact Dimensions Most screens come in three sizes. Ours comes in yours. The ROS Impact Screen is made to order across heights from 7.7' to 10' and multiple aspect ratios — 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, and 16:10 — so it drops into your space cleanly without workarounds, dead borders, or wasted wall. Made in the USA The Only Screen Built Here, Start to Finish From the raw materials to the finished surround, the ROS Impact Screen is made entirely in the United States. That's not just assembly — the materials themselves are sourced domestically. No overseas lead times, no quality unknowns, no waiting on a container. You get a better-made product and you get it faster. Built for the Long Game Rated to 250 MPH Ball Speed The ROS Impact Screen is made from 100% heavy-duty polyester rated to 250 mph — the kind of velocity you'd see from a tour-level swing. It's not just built to stop the ball. It's built to stop it thousands of times without losing tension, shape, or image quality over the life of your simulator room. Two Tiers, One Decision Single Layer or Triple Layer — Your Call The Single Layer is tightly woven heavy-duty polyester — durable, strong image quality, and the right call for most home setups. The Triple Layer steps up with 3-layer impact-resistant construction, a noise-dampening center layer, and the best projection clarity we offer. Both ship with a finished 1" loop surround standard. Ready to Mount Works With Any Setup Out of the Box Every ROS Impact Screen ships with a finished 1" loop surround, compatible with bungees, hook tape, and standard enclosure frames — including the SwingBay®. No extra hardware, no mystery fittings. Whether you're replacing a worn-out screen or building a room from scratch, it's designed to drop right in. Projection-First Design Crystal-Clear Image, Not Just a Ball Stop A screen that stops balls but kills your image is a bad tradeoff. The ROS Impact Screen is engineered for both — the weave, tension, and surface finish are optimized for HD projection clarity across all sizes and aspect ratios. What you see on screen should look as sharp as what your launch monitor is reading. Take It Further Add a Full Enclosure Around Your Screen The ROS Impact Screen pairs directly with the SwingBay® Enclosure — our professional-grade aluminum frame system built for home simulator rooms. If you're ready to frame out a proper hitting bay, the SwingBay® is the next step. Shop the SwingBay® Enclosure Most impact screens are an afterthought — a commodity item sourced overseas, sized in three generic options, and shipped whenever the container arrives. The ROS Impact Screen is the opposite. Every screen is made to order in the United States, using domestically sourced materials, sewn and finished here, and shipped within 2–3 weeks of your order. That's not typical. That's what it looks like when a company actually controls its supply chain. The choice between Single Layer and Triple Layer comes down to how hard you swing and how serious you are about image quality. The Single Layer handles the load for most home golfers without compromise. The Triple Layer is for the room where everything has to be dialed — noise reduction, impact durability, and maximum projection clarity all in one screen. Either way, the 1" loop surround finish means it's compatible with standard frames, bungees, and hook tape right out of the box. If you're not sure which size or tier is right for your setup, our team has built enough simulator rooms to give you a straight answer fast. Reach out and we'll help you spec it out. Frequently Asked Questions What's the difference between Single Layer and Triple Layer? The Single Layer is tightly woven polyester with silicone reinforcement — strong HD image quality, durable, and the right call for most home setups. The Triple Layer adds two additional layers of impact-resistant polyester with a noise-dampening center layer between them. The result is better sound absorption on impact, increased durability over time, and the best projection image quality we offer. If noise reduction matters or you're a high-swing-speed player, the Triple Layer is worth the step up. What sizes are available? The ROS Impact Screen is made to order in heights from 7.7' to 10', available in 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, and 16:10 aspect ratios. If you're not sure what size works for your space and projector setup, reach out to our team — we'll match the right screen to your room dimensions and throw distance. Is this screen compatible with the SwingBay® Enclosure? Yes — the ROS Impact Screen is designed to work directly with the SwingBay® Enclosure. The 1" loop surround is compatible with the bungee attachment system used in the SwingBay® frame. It also works with other standard aluminum enclosure frames that use bungees or hook tape. If you're unsure about compatibility with a third-party frame, contact us before you order and we'll confirm. How long does it take to receive my screen? Because every screen is made to order, lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the time your order is placed. We'll confirm your exact ship date at order. Because we manufacture domestically, we don't deal with the container delays or unpredictable lead times that affect overseas alternatives. Can I use this screen as a replacement for my current screen? In most cases, yes. As long as your current frame uses bungees, hook tape, or a standard loop attachment system, the ROS Impact Screen will work as a drop-in replacement. Measure your current screen's viewable area and order to match. If you have questions about fitment with a specific enclosure, reach out before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility. What projector works best with the ROS Impact Screen? A short-throw projector is the right call for most simulator rooms — it gives you a full image from a shorter throw distance and keeps the projector out of your swing path. We typically recommend the BenQ LK936ST for premium 4K setups and the BenQ TK710STi for a strong mid-range option. Not sure what works for your screen size and room depth? Talk to our team — we'll match you to the right throw ratio.
