The aroma is sweet, caramel-like. Truly wonderful. Flavor is thick, sweet, malty with a hint of floral. A super smooth and delicate cup. A stronger cup can be brewed with longer infusions or more leaf. Ages very well. Many customers enjoy it best at 3 to 5 years of age!
