Pianosa Turntable

The Gold Note Pianosa is a refined Italian turntable that seamlessly blends artisanal craftsmanship with modern analog engineering. Handcrafted in Florence, it embodies Gold Note’s dedication to creating turntables that combine musical expressiveness with engineering precision. Positioned in the company’s mid-level “Italian Turntables” range, the Pianosa offers a beautifully balanced solution for those who want both striking aesthetics and audiophile-grade performance. At the heart of the Pianosa is a multi-layered plinth of Italian-made HDF and real walnut veneer, designed to suppress resonance while showcasing the elegance of natural wood. A heavy 1-inch thick Delrin platter, chosen for its damping properties and low resonance signature, is supported by Gold Note’s precision platter bearing system with a hardened steel spindle and bronze housing. Speed accuracy comes courtesy of a high-torque 12V synchronous motor with an electronically controlled power supply, allowing effortless switching between 33⅓ and 45 rpm with stable pitch and low wow & flutter. In keeping with Gold Note’s philosophy of musical transparency, the Pianosa is designed to accommodate high-quality tonearms. It comes supplied with the company’s own B-5.1 Ceramic arm. This synergy allows the table to extract fine detail, dynamics, and tonal richness from vinyl with a sense of ease and flow that reflects Gold Note’s deep roots in Italian design and music culture. With its combination of elegant Italian styling, resonance-controlled engineering, and precision drive system, the Gold Note Pianosa stands as an exceptional turntable for discerning vinyl enthusiasts. It is as much a work of art for the listening room as it is a finely tuned instrument, offering a uniquely engaging and emotional analog experience. Available in two lovely finishes: Italian Walnut and Black Lacquer $4,499 (with B-5.1 Tonearm, Cartridge Sold Separately)
