HP-10 Headphone Amp

The Gold Note HP-10 is a premium, Italian-designed headphone amplifier that brings the brand’s trademark blend of musical refinement and precision engineering to the world of personal audio. Built with the same care and artistry that define Gold Note’s turntables and electronics, the HP-10 delivers a natural, dynamic, and highly engaging presentation, making it a standout choice for audiophiles who demand the very best from their headphones. At its core, the HP-10 is a fully balanced Class-A design, powered by a sophisticated linear power supply and outfitted with high-grade discrete components. This topology ensures ultra-low noise, wide bandwidth, and an effortless ability to drive both high-impedance dynamic headphones and demanding planar magnetic designs. The amplifier offers dual headphone outputs (single-ended and balanced), allowing for versatile system matching and optimized performance with a wide range of headphones. Sonically, the HP-10 is praised for its warmth, openness, and dynamic precision—qualities that highlight Gold Note’s Italian hi-fi philosophy of balancing technical accuracy with musical emotion. Housed in a beautifully finished aluminum chassis, the amplifier not only performs at a reference level but also embodies the elegant, timeless aesthetic for which Gold Note is renowned. The HP-10 is offered in three colors, and three technical varieties.   The HP-10 Deluxe nearly operates as a full function pre-amplifier, with both Digital and Analog inputs, as well as Bluetooth AptX HD 5.1 and USB-C connectivity.  The on-board AKM AK4493 DAC does a fantastic job bringing digital streams to life in the analog world.   The HP-10 (Base) is for the analog aficionado who wants to keep their digital life separate.  Both balanced and single ended connections are available for I/O.
