Gold Drift Norway Spruce

Gold Drift Norway Spruce gives you a fresh way to add evergreen color without settling for a standard shape. In early spring, new growth emerges bright lime green, then foliage exposed to the sun turns vibrant yellow in late spring and summer. As winter arrives, the color becomes more subdued, so the plant continues to contribute to the landscape in a quieter way. Its weeping habit also gives you options. Let it ramble as a ground cover, drape it over a rock wall, or stake it upright to create a distinctive garden feature. With 12-15 inches of growth per year and Zone 3 hardiness, it offers visible progress and dependable performance for gardeners in colder regions. Brightens the landscape with color that changes through the seasons Gold Drift Norway Spruce gives you more than one moment of interest. Bright lime green new growth in early spring brings a fresh, lively look just as the garden is waking up. By late spring and summer, foliage in full sun develops vibrant yellow tones that help lighten the look of the landscape and add contrast near darker evergreens, stone, or mulch. When winter comes, the color softens, giving you an evergreen presence that still feels natural for the season. Works with your garden instead of forcing one fixed look This plant gives you real flexibility in how you use it. It can spread as a ground cover, which helps soften open areas and create a finished look at the front of a bed. It can drape over a rock wall for added movement, or it can be staked upright when you want a more sculptural focal point. That range makes it useful in both structured and more relaxed garden designs. Delivers steady impact without becoming hard to manage With growth of about 12-15 inches a year, Gold Drift Norway Spruce gives you enough progress to see meaningful change without feeling too aggressive. Full sun to part shade gives you more planting options, and Zone 3 hardiness adds confidence for gardeners who need an evergreen that can handle colder winters.
