Gobel Rectangular Quiche Pan with Removable Bottom

Gobel's Fluted Rectangular Quiche Mold with removable bottom makes quiche that are easy to unmold and serve. Learning how to bake quiche or perfecting a family recipe couldn't be easier. Quiches, traditional French egg tarts, with crust or crustless, are perfect for breakfast, lunch, brunch, holiday meals, gifting, and entertaining. The professional-quality, heavyweight tinned steel (0.5-millimeter) conducts heat evenly for fast, uniform cooking with beautiful browning and consistent results for an amazing baking experience and many years of baking without the pan warping. The removable bottom supports the crust so the outer ring can be removed to transfer baked goods to a serving plate or platter without them crumbling apart. The fluted sides hold generous amounts of filling for more rich eggy goodness. Heat safe to 480°F Size: 13.75" x 4.25" x 1" Only use wooden or nylon tools that won't scratch the surface. Never cut baked goods in the pan. Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. The pan is also ideal for making tarts, cakes, pies, casseroles, and desserts. For best results, grease the mold before use so food releases easily.    Manufacturing in France using only the most advanced techniques and technology since 1887, Gobel continues to craft professional-quality baking molds and utensils for the most demanding home cooks and professional pastry chefs.
