Benefits of Goat Milk Moisturizer: Vitamin A and Retinol in Goat Milk Repairs Damaged Skin  Vitamin A is known for its healing properties: it encourages cell turnover and supports the skin’s immune system. When it comes to skin health, you should definitely be using some type of vitamin A in your routine, and by this point, you’ve likely heard of retinol, right? It’s a mega dose of Vitamin A but it can often cause irritation and unwanted dryness.    Luckily, goat’s milk has naturally occurring vitamin A, and when paired with its soothing qualities, goat’s milk skincare products can be a great alternative for those who want to reap the benefits of vitamin A without using harsh retinol products. Goat Milk is High in Other Skin-Loving Vitamins & Minerals  Aside from lactic acid, AHAs, and Vitamin A, goat milk skincare is also high in B6, B12, C, D, E and Selenium. Each of the vitamins offer great moisturizing benefits to the skin, while Selenium is an antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals which can cause premature aging. All in all, goat milk is full of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, AHAs, and triglycerides that work to nourish, moisturize, gently exfoliate, and rebuild your skin barrier—all with one ingredient.  The Fat in Goat Milk is a Great Moisturizer  So, we discussed lactic acid skincare and aha skin benefits, but what we didn’t define are humectants. Lactic acid is a natural humectant... but humectants themselves are substances that draw moisture into the skin. Think of humectants as magnets that not only attract, but retain, moisture especially in dry or cold environments. When you apply your moisturizer or night cream, you want it to lock in all the good skincare you’ve previously applied—and that’s exactly what humectants will do. Basically, goat milk lotions, creams and moisturizers deliver brighter, smoother and more hydrated skin.   Ingredients lavender chamomile lotions: Ingredients: Aqua (Water), *Caprae Lac (Fresh Goat Milk), *Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), *Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, *Coco Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Cetylstearyl Alcohol and Polysorbate 60 (Emulsifying Wax), Stearic Acid (Palm Derived), *Essential Oils, *Maranta Arundinacea Root (Arrowroot Powder), Phenonip (Preservative),*Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Oil)  *Indicates Organic
