Goat Cheddar Reserve

Goat Cheddar Reserve is an extra-aged version of our Clothbound Goat Cheddar cheese. Made with 100% farmstead goats milk, Goat Cheddar Reserve has been aging in our creamery for over 18 months. While our all-goat hard cheese, Rocky Butte, is mild in flavor and has a creamy texture, Goat Cheddar Reserve is slightly more robust in the goaty aroma with a much harder consistency. To really enjoy the full flavors, we suggest eating with crackers such as our sourdough flatbread crisps and a crisp lager or pilsner. A glass of white wine such as pinot gris would also complement the cheese nicely. Green grapes, salami and  dried apricots would be great additions to a cheeseboard featuring Goat Cheddar Reserve.  Only available for a limited time in ~8oz size. Eat this cheese while you can!
